Delete your InkVisionApp account
You can delete your InkVisionApp account and its data at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Option 1: In the app (fastest)
- Open InkVisionApp and sign in.
- Tap the settings icon on the Home screen.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Enter your password to confirm.
Your account and data are deleted straight away.
Option 2: By email
If you can’t use the app, email support@inkvisionapp.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject Delete my account. We may ask you to confirm the request so that nobody else can delete your account. We’ll delete it within 30 days and email you when it’s done.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in account (email address and password)
- Your profile: username, display name, bio and profile photo
- Everything saved to your account: My Creations and My Designs, including the images and any AI prompts saved with them
What isn’t deleted
- Images in your phone’s photo library. These are on your device, so delete them there if you want to.
- Daily usage counts. We keep a running total of how many times each feature is used per day across all users. These totals contain no personal information.
- System logs. Our hosting provider keeps limited technical logs (such as your account ID and the time of a request) for security and troubleshooting. These are deleted automatically on their normal schedule, usually within 30 days.
